While I’ve always been your friendly neighborhood redecorating expert, I’m now expanding my real estate staging offerings. Our new home stager program is a quick, affordable alternative to traditional home staging services.
This newest addition to our interior design and decorating packages is specifically geared towards real estate agents and sellers in the Central Pennsylvania region, including Carlisle, Harrisburg, Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg, PA.

Consultation:
Sherri will set up a time (2 hours on average) to go through the entire home room-by-room to provide a detailed list of changes. (These could include furniture suggestions, paint color suggestions, deletions, additions and other thoughts on how to best prepare your home to be attractive to a variety of potential buyers.) Valued at $175 *
Follow Up:
After the homeowner completes those changes, Sherri can be hired to come back (2 hour max) to complete the staging process. (This could include light furniture placement, hang artwork, accessorize, and make some final suggestions to attract potential buyers.) Valued at $250*
All of this is available for one low price to realtors or their sellers. (If home is located more than 30 minutes from Carlisle, PA, an additional $25 will be charged for travel time.)
Some statistics about the value of hiring a home stager for the sale of your home:
- 29% of sellers’ and buyers’ agents reported a 1%-5% increase of the dollar value offered by buyers. (For a $250,000 home that is an increase of $2500- $12,500!)
- 39% of sellers’ agents stated that staging a home greatly decreases the amount of time the home is on the market.
